At Mustard Seed Ranch, we believe every child deserves to know who God says they are.
The Seven Roots are more than words on a wall. They are truths we return to every day, shaping the way we live, love, learn, and grow together.

Romans 8:38–39
"Nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
What This Means
Nothing can separate you from God's love.
No matter what happens, no matter what you've done, or what's been done to you, His love never changes. You don't have to earn it. You are fully known, fully accepted, and fully loved by the One who created you.
Live It Today
Take a quiet moment to thank God for His love.
Remind someone they are loved today.
When you make a mistake, remember that God's love for you has not changed.

Genesis 1:27
"So God created mankind in His own image."
What This Means
God created you with care and intention.
Your life has incredible value because you reflect your Creator. Every talent, personality, and gift is part of His design. Because every person bears God's image, every person deserves kindness, dignity, and respect.
Live It Today
Celebrate something unique about yourself.
Look for God's image in the people around you.
Choose kindness, even when it's difficult.

Deuteronomy 31:8
"The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
What This Means
God is always with you.
In moments of fear, loneliness, or uncertainty, He has not forgotten you. He walks beside you, strengthens you, and carries your burdens. You never have to face life alone.
Live It Today
Pray before something that feels hard.
Reach out to someone who may feel lonely.
Remember that God's presence goes with you wherever you are.

What This Means
God didn't simply create you.
He created you for something good.

"For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God."
What This Means
God has not asked you to figure life out on your own.
His Spirit gives wisdom, peace, courage, and direction as you follow Him each day. When you listen for His voice, He faithfully leads you one step at a time.

Pause before making a decision.
Ask God for wisdom.
Choose to respond with patience, kindness, and self control.

Colossians 3:13
"Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
What This Means
Because of Jesus, you are completely forgiven.
His grace makes it possible for you to extend that same grace to others. Forgiveness is not pretending something didn't hurt. It is choosing freedom over bitterness and love over resentment.
Live It Today
Say, "I'm sorry," when you've made a mistake.
Offer forgiveness when someone hurts you.
Practice compassion instead of holding onto anger.

Your past is not your identity.
