Your Role as a Harvest Host
Invite your circle.
Help them RSVP.
Welcome them warmly at the Ranch.

Manage Your Guest List
Start with the private host portal link sent directly to you.
Review the guests carried forward from 2025.
Search the Master List in the portal before adding someone to your list to see if they are already on another host’s list.
Add or edit names, contact information, and cell phone numbers.
Update each person’s invitation status as you send invitations.
Important: The portal is only for planning and tracking your invitations. Adding someone to your list does not send them an invitation. You are responsible for personally inviting each guest and sharing the RSVPify link with them so they can submit their official RSVP.

Reach out personally to friends, family, or colleagues who would enjoy an evening of community and purpose.

Ask each guest to RSVP by October 15 and select your name as their Harvest Host.

Use your private host portal to update invitation statuses and follow up with anyone who has not responded.

On event night, greet your guests and help them feel at home.

Host FAQs
What if someone I invite has already been asked by another host?
Before adding someone to your list, search the Master List in your private host portal to see whether they are already on another host’s list. If so, please coordinate rather than sending a duplicate invitation.
Do guests need to purchase a ticket?
No. There is no ticket charge, but every guest must RSVP by October 15 so we can plan dinner and seating. Because the Harvest Social is Mustard Seed Ranch’s primary fundraiser, guests will have an opportunity to give during the evening.
