As a Harvest Host, you play a vital role in extending invitations, gathering your circle, and creating an atmosphere of warmth and belonging.

  • You invite friends, colleagues, and community members who might not otherwise hear the story of Mustard Seed Ranch.

  • You create an environment of hospitality, ensuring your guests feel included and engaged.

  • You help us share the mission of MSR: seeing every child rooted in truth, restored through love, and renewed with purpose.

Your Role as a Harvest Host

  • INVITE YOUR GUESTS

    Extend invitations to 8–10 friends, family, or colleagues from your circle who would enjoy an evening of music, community, and purpose.

  • SHARE THE RSVP LINK

    Make sure your guests register through your RSVPify link so their responses are connected to you as their host. This helps us keep everything organized and prepared for their arrival

  • REACH OUT EARLY

    Contact your guests as soon as possible so they can RSVP and secure their spot. The earlier they register, the easier it is for us to plan dinner and details.

  • BE PRESENT

    Join us on event night to welcome your guests with joy, hospitality, and purpose. Your presence helps them feel connected and sets the tone for the evening of belonging.

RSVP INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOSTS

To make the RSVP process simple for you and your guests, we’ve set up an online RSVP form through RSVPify.

Here’s how it works:

  • Personally invite your guests to the event and share the RSVP link.

    • The link will bring them to an event page with all the details.

    • They can RSVP in less than a minute by entering their name, email, and number in their party.

  • Guests will also select your name from the dropdown list of Harvest Hosts (this keeps RSVPs organized by host).

  • As RSVPs come in, our team can easily track them by host. This ensures you know who from your guest list has already responded.

What if someone I invite has already been asked by another host?

Our registration system will ask guests to list the host who invited them. If they’ve received multiple invitations, they can simply choose one at registration.

Do guests purchase their own ticket?

No purchase is necessary. Your guests’ seats are fully sponsored, just invite them to RSVP.

What should I tell my guests about the evening?

Share that it will be an elegant, impactful night featuring live music, curated dining, and the story of Mustard Seed Ranch. Attire is Cowboy Chic.

What if I need help with guest registration?
